AI Automations is an optional service from InvoiceFlash that puts artificial intelligence to work on your business data: ask your invoices questions in plain language, query your documents, find new customers without searching by hand, and share the repetitive work among several agents. Everything is built on top of your InvoiceFlash and on your own server, with the permissions you decide and a person reviewing what matters.
ChatAI: ask your data and your documents
ChatAI is the AI assistant built into the InvoiceFlash panel. Type a question the way you would ask a colleague and get the answer right away: it queries your documents or your database in plain language, with no reports or filters to build.
- Your database, in plain language: "how many customers do I have?", "which invoices are awaiting payment?", "how much have I sold this month?". ChatAI reads your real data, read-only: it never changes or deletes anything.
- Your documents within reach: product data sheets, contracts, and customer and supplier notes and emails are indexed and queried with an ordinary question.
- Choose your AI engine: it works with Claude, NVIDIA, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Ollama (local). Switch between them in Settings, using your own key.
- Privacy when you need it: with Ollama the model runs on your own machine and your data never leaves your company.
MCP: your InvoiceFlash connected to an AI assistant
The InvoiceFlash MCP server is the piece that lets an assistant such as Claude work with your real data. It is installed on your server and connects directly to your database, so your data does not go through any third party except what the assistant reads to answer each question.
- Plain-language queries: "which invoices does this customer have pending?", "show me the latest quote for this company", "which orders do I owe this supplier?".
- Customers, invoices, quotes, orders and suppliers available as tools, each with a fixed, controlled query.
- Limited writing: only to the tables you authorise.
- Protected access with a key (token) and an encrypted connection, and the option to use it only locally, without opening it to the Internet.
Document RAG: ask your papers
RAG is the technique that lets AI answer from your own documents. Contracts, supplier terms, manuals, delivery notes, old quotes, internal rules: they are indexed once and queried with an ordinary question.
- Answers with their source: every answer says which document it comes from, so you can check it.
- Your usual documents: PDF, Word, Excel and text, taken from the folders you already use with InvoiceFlash.
- With permissions: each person only gets answers from the documents they have access to.
- Saves hours of searching: "what payment term did we agree with this supplier?" or "what does the contract say about renewal?" are answered in seconds.
Lead-finding agents: new customers without searching by hand
A lead agent does the prospecting work nobody has time for: finding companies that might need you, locating their website and contact email, and leaving them ready in your CRM.
